RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY OF MERCHANDISE

  • The customer has 30 business days from the date of purchase to return or exchange the Footwear and/or Clothing. (The merchandise must be unused and with its labels) Purchase receipt will be required.
  • If the purchase was made in retail online. The company pays for shipping and return only once.
  • The customer must request the return of the product by email. For which we will be sending you the return guide with specifications for the package to be delivered to one of the FedEx offices. Once the package is received by FedEx. It will take three days for us to execute the resend or refund.
  • Clearance or promotional merchandise are final sale items, so there is no exchange or refund.
  • The girdles are an intimate item and do not have exchange or refund. If the first item that the customer bought. It doesn’t fit, you have the option of ordering the second one with a 50% OFF, the customer assuming the cost of shipping.
  • Damaged items will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
  • Purchases made at wholesale prices are not eligible for exchanges, refunds or returns.
